Hey kids, just wanted to let you know that I'll be performing at Bananas in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ tonight and tomorrow. Shows are 9:30 tonight and 8:00 and 10:30 tomorrow. If you're in the area, come on out and say hi!

All the best,

Hi Jay - I saw you Saturday at Bananas and I truly enjoyed your show. It was a tough room for the first 2 comics then you totally turned it around and we had a great time. I wanted to find out more about you and where you were performing and found this page - what a great site. Hope to see you back in NJ - break a leg. Erin

Hey Jay Black, I like the new layout, glad you are back and posting again. I saw your statement about your rediret page that is accessed when going to There are 2 ways to fix this. 1) Go into the control panel of the place you registered your domain and have the domain point to your new main page. 2) Edit the html file that you currently have and add this line of code in the middle of the file some where (add a < at the beginning and a > at the end of this line of code, this blog won't let me post the pure html code):

META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" content= "0;URL="

This will make the page automattically refresh to your new main page in 0 seconds, you can delay this by changing the "0" in the code above to a higher number.

Hope that helps, keep up with the new content.

(PS - You should look into preforming at Rowan University)

First, to John... thanks for the info! I'll be (hopefully) making some changes to the website/blog this weekend. (I'll be fixing the issues that you addressed while hopefully adding some video and merchandise to the site). Also, I WIILL be at Rowan college this year -- I think the show is January 23rd (or the closest Friday to January 23rd). Please stop on by!

Second to Erin... so glad you enjoyed the show. It was great to be back in Jersey -- there's nothing like a home-state crowd. You guys _rocked_. (Bananas seemed pleased with the show, so I imagine I'll be back within the year... please stop on out the next time I'm there -- I promise at least 50% new material!)
